MR. STEPHEN MALOSHA is the Founder and Chief Legal Counsel of MALOSHA ESQUIRE. Stephen is energetic young and solid corporate lawyer. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He has a strong background in Mining Law, Company, Intellectual Property and Commercial Law, Immigration and Labour Laws, Land Conveyancing and Government Compliance Laws, Board Secretarial Services to mention a few. Having obtained strong business understanding as he has worked in high regulated mining industry for Five Years as Board Secretary and Senior Industrial Relation and Legal Counsel at State Mining Corporation and STAMIGOLD Company Limited where he has been up until recently when he cofounded MALOSHA AND MSOLA ADVOCATES and now MALOSHA ESQUIRE.

He therefore possesses deep knowledge, understanding, expertise and experience in dealing with complicated regulatory and compliance issues.

He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society, East Africa Law Society and a Founding Member of Lukiza Autism Foundation. Stephen has a Master’s Degree in International and Commercial Law (LLM) from University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom, he also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and Bachelor Degree of Laws (LLB) from Mzumbe University - Tanzania.
